Our office hours are 7.00am until 7.00pm and typing staff work in shifts starting from 6am until 11pm which enables us to guarantee industry-leading turnaround times for your particular requirements. Clients can upload audio to our server 24/7 and there is no surcharge for work done on public holidays or weekends.

To be a successful transcriptionist with Digital Transcripts, you will have at least 15 years’ experience in transcription and preferably have an area of expertise in either law, finance, insurance or general commercial business.
Please also confirm you have a good quality sound card (i.e. SoundBlaster Xi-Fi), good quality headphones (i.e. Sennheiser), transcription software, such as Express Scribe together with a USB Foot pedal. We use Microsoft Word for our transcripts, and therefore an advanced knowledge of formatting is also required.
